2. Visiting this website
This website is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you open a page, Cloudflare processes the technical data every web request contains – your IP address, date and time, the page requested and your browser's user agent – to deliver the page and protect the site against attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare acts as our processor; transfers to the USA are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, under which Cloudflare is certified. Logs of the sign-up endpoint are kept for at most 3 days and never contain your email address.
3. No cookies, no tracking
We do not set cookies and do not use analytics or advertising tools. Fonts, images and videos are served from this website; nothing is loaded from third parties.
4. Launch notifications
If you enter your email address in the "notify me" form, we process that address and the language of the page you signed up on so that we can tell you when the Mimi & Luli books are available. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
We use the double opt-in procedure: after signing up you receive an email with a confirmation link, and you are only added to the list once you click it. To be able to prove your consent, the time of sign-up and the time and IP address of your confirmation click are recorded.
The emails are sent with Brevo, a service of Sendinblue SAS, 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France, which processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement and stores it in the EU.
You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future – via the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to hello@mimiluli.com. We delete your address when you unsubscribe, or once we no longer send launch notifications.
5. Contacting us by email
Messages to hello@mimiluli.com are forwarded to our mailbox by Cloudflare Email Routing. We use your message and address only to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) and delete them when they are no longer needed.
6. Links to Amazon
"Buy on Amazon" buttons are ordinary links. Nothing is shared with Amazon until you click one; after that, Amazon's privacy notice applies.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20), and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You can withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7(3)). You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77).
8. Children
This website is aimed at parents and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
